Production Welding

State Fabricators is known for manufacturing large metal fabrications held to very tight tolerances. With production runs we develop a system of sub-assembly fixtures that feed into a final welding fixture. This system allows for minimal weld distortion and consistent repeatability. Our customers then have less work if additions or changes need to be made in the field, because a simple modification will apply to all product in a similar way. StateFab has built a reputation by producing carriers for the automotive conveyor industry. Over the years we have been able to apply this expertise into other industries like government, robotic systems, construction and material handling systems.

In Farmington Hills, MI we have 7 acres, and storage areas nearby, that allow us to stage product for our customers. This can help when the manufacturing time takes many months, but delivery and install has to occur in a short period.
