Large fabrications
Big steel, tight fit.
The largest bay in Farmington Hills runs four 5-ton cranes. Platforms and gantries are built here, then staged so the plant install stays short.
The Farmington Hills site sits on 7 acres, with nearby storage for long-lead jobs. Large assemblies are held to the same fixture discipline as the carriers: locate, weld, check, repeat.
Typical work is a welding-line platform or a robot gantry. If it has to land in a plant on a shutdown weekend, it is built and staged before the truck is called.
